Front-row-seats

For Tess van Zalinge’s 2024 Amsterdam fashion show, Modair had the privilege of creating exclusive front-row seating that complements the message behind her collection ´Momentum´. Our collective believe to prioritize the use of dead stock materials turned into one-of-a-kind front-row seats. Each bench is crafted entirely from steel industry cut-offs and leftover production materials. The design reflects the individuality of the show, with each seat featuring multiple feet that symbolize the variety of the models. 

After the fashion show the seats has been used at NockNock art fair and at H´art Museum during Museumnacht. Another collaboration with H´art Museum will follow mid 2025. Highlighting the essence of the project; rejection transformed into a positive message of acceptance and the right to exist.
